The Naval Weather Service Association Reunion #48 will be held from 5 May to 9 May 2025 (Monday mid-afternoon to Friday morning).

1. We have lodging established for the reunion. Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast, located in Bay St Louis, MS, will be our headquarters. Lodging will be priced at $79 per room per night; RV sites will be $35/night. 30 rooms have been reserved at this time. More are available.

2. The Banquet will be held at the facility, we have a Salon meeting room from 8 am to 8 pm daily.

3. We are required to use their drinks and snacks at all events held in the facility. There are several restaurants and eating places within the facility.

   The Casino overlooks the Bay of St Louis, or the golf course.

   Most all of our events will be held in Non-smoking areas of the casino.

4. For early views of the facility, go on-line to Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast.

5. Hollywood Casino is about 30 minutes from Stennis Space Center, CNMOC, NAVOCEANO. Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi is about an hour east. The Cutting's home is 15-20 minutes away.

6. I am now working out the basic schedule of events, tours, sightseeing,

7. Folks can come earlier or stay later at the same rate providing there is availability.

8. Cut-off date is 16 April 2025 for room reservations (19 days prior to the Reunion).

9. It is better to make reservations early and cancel later if it doesn't work out. No fee cancellations.

Now you all have the basics for the Reunion, less the preliminary schedule which is being worked on.
